as either an .avi
file or a self-extracting zip file
(.exe) containing
the .avi file. If you experience
errors
trying to download and play the .avi
files, please try downloading the
.exe file instead. To use the .exe
file, navigate to where you downloaded
it, double-click on it and follow
the instructions to extract and save
the .avi file to your hard drive.
You can then play the .avi file by
double-clicking on it, or opening
it through your media player.
