| When you fill out the online order form you will
be asked if you have read and accept the terms of use outlined in
our Terms of Use.
By clicking on the continue button you are entering into a contract
with us to provide service. No actual signature is required and
the term of the contract is equal to your chosen billing frequency. |

How often will you bill me? |

| Most plans allow you to choose the billing frequency
that best fits your situation. We offer monthly, quarterly, biannually,
and annually. Biannual and Annual payments typically receive a discounted
price, check your plans details for further information. |

What forms of payment do you accept? |

| We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover credit cards along with checks and money orders drawn on
U.S. Funds. There are no surcharges or discounts for using one or
the other payment methods. |

Do you charge sales tax? |

| Internet services are currently exempt from New
Mexico's Gross Receipts Tax. |

Can I change my billing frequency
after I sign up for service? |

| You can change your billing frequency but the change
will not take effect until after your current term expires. |
